Is it too late for 2008? Prepare to shine in 2009!

Can you believe how quickly this year has flown?  Wasn't it just yesterday that we were on the cusp of a new year with fresh ideas and the enthusiasm to make 2008 the best yet?

You might be wondering then, is it too late for 2008?  Honestly...probably not.  Ask yourself, have my personal ideals changed so much from the start of the year?  If I were given the chance to fix even just one thing I stuffed up this year, would I make time to do it?

So what is that one thing?  Maybe its asking too many questions and not getting to the point...hehehe...Sorry!

Like many busy people we all have the best intentions to do better than we have before.  So use the last few weeks of 2008 to prepare to shine in 2009!

Set a list of SMART goals.  SMART goals are specific, measurable, aligned, result-focused and timed.  Without them you will probably find yourself in 12 months time wondering if you're out of time in 2009.  So if you want to truly shine in 2009, prepare now!
